  • How long does it take to provide installation services after an appointment?

    Installation services provided by our partners vary in waiting times depending on the region. Typical waiting times are 3-7 days.

  • Is the installation service free?

    Typically, we request that our partners offer a complimentary initial installation service. To ascertain if free installation is offered, please contact your dealer.

  • How long do I have to wait to receive my shipment?

    For end users, the typical delivery time is between three and seven days. The availability of these services varies by dealer. For more information regarding logistics, please contact your dealer.

  • What measures should be taken in the event of damage or loss during transportation?

    We will assist you in contacting the relevant logistics provider to confirm the division of responsibility. If the logistics loss is not attributable to the buyer, we will assume responsibility.
